Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a tv. The super nice team on my first stay, giving me currency tips. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

They have an agreement with the station's car park, is very close, it costs 12 euros a day. fact that you can have a free hot drink at any time is great. bed is quite comfortable and hotel is well located, walking is 10 minutes to the center and 20 minutes to the port and old town (that if too much slopes)
The room smelled really bad, I think it was the pipes. The damn plastic mattress cover could be replaced by a modern cotton one, many people are allergic to plastic, and even if you are not, it is very uncomfortable, it makes you sweat. It would be nice if they put a bigger fitted sheet, because if you sit on the bed it becomes loose and you end up if you sleep directly on the mattress. The glass top of the sink is a danger, if you slip when you get out of the shower you nail the corner, because it is super close.

receptionists who attended us were charming, kind and cheerful. room was spacious, comfortable and clean. room was on the second floor, there are stairs and an elevator. No problem for her to arrive. mattresses were a bit hard but there was no problem to catch up on sleep. We had a view of the highway and what would be the port area. We had breakfast there and actually quite well. Buffet style. hotel is not far from both train stations and centre in 5 minutes walking. We will repeat the stay.
The pillows were a bit low but the reception gave you the ones you needed. Our window didn't close all the way. It closed, but with a slight margin, as if it were well adjusted and that let a little bit of the noise of the highway pass by, but with earplugs you don't hear anything.

The service of hot drinks: tea, machine chocolate, coffee... Best of all, a great bonus especially for the winter. A lot of freedom in that sense. Our requests regarding the bathtub were met. A large room with a table, a stool, a wardrobe with hangers, two bedside tables...
No toiletries are offered, there are two shampoo/gel bottles fixed to the wall, one in the bathtub and one in the sink. Very much in their favour I have to say that this way they save on plastics, besides it was not tested on animals, no parabens, etc. They also put one plastic cup per person but they don't change them the next day and in my case I was taking ibuprofen and I had to throw it away but where the drinking machines are there are cups without any problem.the windows were not insulated from the noise (we were on the sixth floor and at night it seemed that people on the street passed by like a bass) nor too much from the cold, but there was adjustable air conditioning to your taste and with the cold there was no problem.the body towels are very small.

Functional hotel with really helpful and very informative staff, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of train station. The breakfast was good, had plenty of options and the food was fine! We thoroughly enjoyed welcoming service. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. No reason to complain, the property met the purpose.

Great for Camino pilgrims!
My mom and I received really good assistance from Martin and Agostina when our luggage transfer didn't go smoothly. The family room was cozy, and I loved having free tea and coffee available. Pro tip, Ask for local restaurant recommendations at the front desk for a taste of authentic Vigo.

if you're not a person with reduced mobility, the hotel looks great. The problem is in the handicapped room. They're meant to have a companion to help them with grooming, mobility around the room.
shower bath with screen and door so from the shower bench, you can't even move the chair away (unless a second person does it) as the door is not sliding. This means that the wheelchair will be flooded and wet as well as the entire bathroom. In addition, you have very limited access to the shower. Table with a very low socket in the room and a very high socket in the bathroom. Also a very high washbasin. Again in the room IMPOSSIBLE access from wheelchair to the window and curtains, as on the other side of one of the two beds. Very dangerous beds, because they move practically alone... in fact. On one occasion, cleaning left the light on the other side of the bed. In order to turn the light off, I had to make the kibble on both beds (together) and when I wanted to go back they separated from each other, so I fell on the floor. Small and tall wardrobe without low partitions to be able to use a person who uses a wheelchair. Finally, the telephone in the room with which to be in contact with reception and/or the outside world was not on the bedroom table, which is the usual one, but on a table in front of the bed.

Good value for money; Unexpensive family room with sofa-bed good for 1 adult or 2 children; Clean and comfortable; near to the centre.
The 8 EUR breakfast is not worthy: all canned and packed stuff except for some sliced fresh fruit (coffee and juice from machines). Be aware that the parking is paid and difficult to manoeuvre with something larger than a Polo.

The hotel is quite functional. It's clean and comfortable. I was wondering if you could walk to the center from the hotel, and if it's possible. It's 10-15 minutes away. It's true that the way back is a little bit harder because the hotel is a little bit uphill, but it's bearable. Perfect for getting dinner down. There are also a few places to have a drink on the street of the hotel. The hotel staff, very good. Attentive and friendly. The breakfast was not bad, good to go out to the step. IBIS style, in case anyone's helped by the comparison. They have an agreement with the train station next door for the use of the parking lot.
bed in the room we were given was very hard and pillows were very thin, almost like those in an airplane. We had to ask for a couple more pillows to be more comfortable. They gave it to us without any problem at the reception. It wouldn't be bad if they had more kinds of pillows.

Closeness to my sons apartment. The beds were comfortable.
The continual sound of running water I never discovered where it came from. Also the view from my bedroom window. It was an internal channel, not big enough to be called a courtyard. All sounds seemed to be magnified within this opening.

It was a nice three day stay at the hotel. The apartment for 2 couples was really spacious and the bathroom large and convinient.
Although in the center, not much around. A/C did not work properly in the room (staff compensated in with fans). Hotel parking was very cosy and difficult to drive in and not too many parking places around. Beanches are quite far.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They advised us a very nice place to eat with delicious food, wonderful service and good value for money. At our request we were provided with taxi and helped with our luggage. Everything was on time and friendly. Next time I am in Vigo this hotel shall be my choice again. Thanks and good luck to you!
There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about the hotel. Thanks again!
